At MASHBIR//365, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
